Jeffrey Boadi

Jeffrey is an expert in the field of plant-based nutrition and health.

Having previously played lower-level professional football in Austria, Norway, the United States, he pivoted towards a 100% whole-food plant based diet in August 2017 after extensive research.

Training and fitness remains an integral part of his life, and he believes that eating this way (which is anti-inflammatory by nature) allows him to recover quicker and train more frequently.
